Tennessee Nutrition and Consumer Educaion Program(TNCEP)
Contact: Sally Tugman
TNCEP is a coalition driven nutrition education program for Tennessee families who receive Food Stamps or who are eligible for Food Stamps. Education is delivered in the classroom and community by county Extension faculty and various participating community agencies. The goal of TNCEP is to teach families how to choose and prepare nutritionally adequate diets and help them feel empowered to move toward self-sufficiency.
